About Accounting Office
         The Accounting Office is composed of some divisions and takes charge of the budget, account and statistical business. The Accounting Office at NFU is administrated by a Director with two divisions: Annual Budget Division and Accounting Division, each has Division Chief, Staff, Assistant and Workmate. The groups are as following.
 
(A) Budgeting Division
1.          Plan and edit annual budget report and final report.
2.          To allocate the annual budget, make staged plans and estimated statements
          of revenue and expenditure.
3.          Apply for budget about reserve and supplementary.
4.          Oversees Cashier and Accounting.
5.          Issues vouchers for revenues and expenditures of the University Fund.
6.          Keeps accounting records, monthly and semi-annual balance statements.
7.          To make the annual accounting report.
8.          Manage files and maintain all invoices.
9.          To arrange and safekeeping Statistical information
10.        Making a form about statistical statements.
 (B) Accounting Division
1.          The University Administration Fund about expenditure measures governing
           procurement for directorate accountants and relevant agencies
2.          The academic-industry cooperative projects and other subsidies government
           about expenditure measures governing procurement for directorate
           accountants and relevant agencies
3.          Checking property accounts.
